Print Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, including all stickers and tags, and securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
